Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking to establish a panel of experienced and qualified suppliers for the provision of services to for its Audio-Visual upgrade program.

Audio Visual equipment is used to project learning materials for students to see and hear in many of Melbourne Polytechnic's classrooms throughout its seven campuses.

In many classrooms this equipment is in excess of 8 years old and complete replacement of Audio Visual equipment is required.

Melbourne Polytechnic invites respondents to provide an offer for the supply of goods and services as described in this Invitation to Supply to become a prequalified supplier of these services. The Panel Agreement will run for three years. It is anticipated that Melbourne Polytechnic will have no more than three preferred suppliers appointed to this Panel.
