City of Ballarat are seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced individuals and companies for a cafe operator with style, flair and business acumen who can make the most of a unique opportunity to create a high-quality café experience at one of Australia’s most significant public galleries, the Art Gallery of Ballarat.
In addition to the café, an extensive commercial kitchen at the Camp Street side of the building can be used to support the delivery of catered social events at the Gallery.
