Transaction Services for the M1 Motorway Extension to Raymond Terrace and New England Highway - Singleton Bypass Projects

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from companies with appropriate capability through demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience for the provision of transaction management services. This is to assist Transport for NSW (TfNSW) in the procurement activities for the M1 Motorway Extension to Raymond Terrace and New England Highway Singleton Bypass Projects.

This Tender is for the provision of transaction services, commercial and project controls assistance during the Registration of Interest and Request for Tender phases. This includes tender documentation, tender assessment and contract negotiation for procurement of design and construct contracts for both projects.

This is an open tender.

Tenderers may bid for the following packages:

• Transaction Services for the M1 Motorway Extension to Raymond Terrace project only;
• Transaction Services for the New England Highway Singleton Bypass project only;
• Transaction Services for both the M1 Motorway Extension to Raymond Terrace and New England Highway Singleton Bypass projects.

The successful Tenderer(s) will be precluded from having any involvement with any party other than the Principal for any services associated with either project except with the prior written consent of the principal.

A pre-tender meeting will be held on Thursday 29 July 2021 from 10:00am to 11:00am via Microsoft Teams. Please register your attendance with Contact Officer Dana Bird dana.bird@transport.nsw.gov.au who will provide a Teams link to attend the briefing virtually. Attendance is not mandatory however Tenderers are encouraged to attend.
