The City of Stonnington (Council) is seeking information from Employee Application Suppliers for a future Employee
Experience App for consideration as part of Council’s One Stonnington Transformation Project.
The purpose of this request is exclusively for the collection of information of what systems/applications are already available in the market that could deliver an employee app to support Council employees to be more engaged and connected to the organisation, including ready access to the systems and information required to undertake their jobs efficiently and effectively and uplifting employee engagement.
Specifically, the App/system will enable remote access for Council employees to:

• Push notifications for key corporate messages and information
• Real time notifications and alerts
• Content and communities of interest (with self-select options)
• Instant messaging

• Preference for restful API integration options
• Our Employee Self Service program
• Our ELMO online learning platform
• Our corporate Intranet
• Council forms
No direct purchases, panels and short-lists will be created from this process.
