Tender Description
Interested Builders are invited to register as prospective Tenderers for the construction of the new Block at Bethel Christian College, Mount Druitt.
The work comprises of a three-storey building comprising of approximately 1,600m2 for Teaching Areas, 220m2 for Library and 240m2 for Covered Outdoor Learning Area together with associated site works. This is an independent school managed by a Board of Directors.
in selecting a panel of tenderers, the following criteria will be amongst the factor considered:-
- School Experience
- Working in a live environment
- Previous projects of a similar scale
- Proposed personnel and their relevant experience
