Description: Local Government Procurement (LGP) is inviting tenders for the supply of EL0121 Supply of Electricity for Participating Councils (Firming and Renewable Power) Stage 1 Large & Un-metered Street Lighting to selected councils NSW.
Local Government Procurement (LGP) has been established to provide a fully integrated procurement service to councils and associated organisations in NSW. LGP was established by Local Government NSW on behalf of its members to create a procurement operation dedicated to meeting the specific needs of Local Government (Please see LGP's website at http://lgp.org.au/ for more information).
This RFT is to be released in two stages:
Stage 1 - Large & Un-Metered Street Lighting
Stage 2 - Small Sites
Interested parties may pre-register immediately (in which case they will be notified by email as soon as the tender documents become available) or may register and download the documents at a later date.

Deadline:
Stage 1 – Large and Un-metered Street Lighting, tender closes at 2:00pm 17th of August 2021
Stage 2 – Small Sites – Tentative closing date – at 2:00pm 24th of August 2021
Lodgement: Submissions must be lodged in the Electronic Tender Box by the time and date nominated. Late, emailed or facsimiled submissions will not be accepted.
Non-Mandatory Tender Briefing: A non-mandatory tender briefing will be held via webinar at 10:00am Tuesday 27th July 2021. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to participate in this Webinar. Interested parties should register their participation by completing the online registration form at https://lgp.wufoo.com/forms/el0121-renewable-energy-tender/
Please note that registrations close on COB Monday, 26th July 2021.
Canvassing of any LGP directors or employees, or Council members or officers involved in the Request for Tender process, will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
