Tender Description
To support its existing Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) platform during planned or unplanned outages, ESTA is looking to build an additional platform called ‘Alternate CAD’. Alternate CAD will be a redundancy/backup system that is expected to work seamlessly during any planned & unplanned outage and is in no way a replacement for the existing (primary) CAD platform. Additionally, the Alternate CAD Project encompasses clear segregation.
