This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Treasury has a requirement to redevelop and modernise the existing Takeovers Panel website (https://www.takeovers.gov.au/).
This work has partially been completed already, however there are several outstanding requirements/features that need to be delivered or finalised to produce the minimum viable product (MVP) for production deployment.
Further to the delivery of this outcome, the Treasury is also seeking a time and materials approach for future website enhancements.
