Metro North Health has a vision for the continued development of the Herston Health Precinct and as such is looking at locations that preserve its existing sites for future opportunities.

The purpose of this Market Approach is to understand the current development opportunity landscape in the neighbourhood of the Herston Health Precinct and the potential options to develop the Herston Administrative and Clinical Hub and achieve the stated requirements.

The outcome of this Market Approach will inform Metro North Health’s determination as to the procurement strategy going forward. This may include, but not be limited to, a procurement process that addresses a number of viable options, or the cessation of the project. No determination has been made in this regard and no commitment is made to the market in relation to the next steps, if any, for this project.
