CSV is seeking responses for inclusive digital wayfinding solutions for the Bendigo Law Courts Development, a new multi-jurisdictional court facility with a completion date of 9 December 2022.
The successful Respondent will manage the Scope in its entirety, including engagement of sub-contractors and consultants as necessary.
The Scope of this Invitation includes the supply, design, and implementation plus one year of post-implementation support for digital wayfinding solutions at the new Bendigo Law Courts facility. These solutions are defined, in order of priority for delivery, as:
(a) Multimedia screens: court listing screens integrated with court listing management systems, public information display, and content management
(b) Kiosks and mobile solutions: court building navigation and court process navigation
(c) Meeting room booking solution.
The supply of display hardware, infrastructure and enclosures is the responsibility of the Bendigo Law Courts main works contractor and therefore out of scope for this Invitation, unless:
(a) The scale of the proposed solution is beyond the hardware allocation set out at Section 1.3.5.
(b) The Respondent can supply complete packaged solution(s) which address the requirements set out in Part C.2.
The successful Respondent will have the ability to work with CSV’s main works contractor in the selection of hardware to support the digital wayfinding solutions.
