Tender Description
Tasmanian Railway Pty Ltd (TasRail) is seeking the service of suitably qualified, experienced, and competent works Contractors to undertake hard stand construction at the Brighton Rail Hub.
Key points of the Tender:
- The Scope of work comprises:
- Extending the existing hardstand at Brighton with an un-bound flexible pavement.
- Installation of curbing
- Placement of boundary logs
- Construct temporary access ways
- The scope of Works document also outlines the expectation and qualifications required of participating Contractors ad describes the nature of works to be undertaken.
- Contractors must have access to rail Safeworking resources to support their work
- The successful Contractor(s) must, where applicable, comply with the requirements of Rail Safety National Law (Tasmania) Act 2012, Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 and other relevant regulations.
- On-site inspections are planned to be conducted 14th July 2021.
Tenderer are to demonstrate in their submission their support of Tasmanian industry and businesses as required by the Tasmanian Government Buy Local Policy and outline indigenous participation plans.
