This supplementary tender enables new offers / new technology and new suppliers to be evaluated for acceptance.
New offers must demonstrate value for money (lifecycle total cost of ownership) relative to offers already on VEN1802 to be accepted.
Not an opportunity to revisit prices.
Goods and services already on contract remain on contract => no need to resubmit.
