Tender Description
Tenders are invited for APEX PARK DRAINAGE UPGRADE, BERRIGAN as detailed in the attached specification, the drawings included in Volume 3 and the schedules in Volume 4 of the attached specification.
The successful Tenderer will supply all materials to carry out the works.
Compaction testing will be required for pavement material to show compliance with the specification and this should be included in a Quality Plan that is required to be submitted and approved prior to commencement.
Tenders are to be submitted on the attached Schedule.
2. SCOPE
The Successful Tenderer Shall:
1. Supply all road base materials and construct the new road and parking area from the existing road as per drawings.
2. Supply all stormwater pipe, pit, bedding and backfill materials and construct stormwater drainage as per drawings.
3. Relocate all required water mains and construct as per drawings.
4. Landform all the areas of new road as per drawings.
5. Supply and construct all trenching and backfilling as per drawings.
6. Supply and construct new kerb and gutter for the new road and parking area as per drawings.
