Tender Description
The Gannawarra Shire Council is looking to move from a paper based fleet management maintenance system to a cloud based system.
The Shire is seeking Expressions of Interest from organisations able to deliver a solution that provides for a cloud based Fleet Maintenance system with GPS tracking. It is acknowledged that software systems have the capacity to do more that fleet maintenance and gps tracking. At this stage fleet maintenance and gps tracking are the only two items we are exploring.
As a guide approximately 45 items of plant would be managed.
The Shire is in the very early stages of planning for this move. No budget has been allocated in 2021 – 22 for the introduction of any system.
