Tender Description
Edward River Council is seeking to obtain quotations for works which comprise the North Deniliquin Rest Area Redevelopment. Council have undertaken a master planning exercise and through stakeholder representation developed the proposals within the RFQ documents.
All designs have been completed and approved through council resolution; however minor design changes have been adopted after the final design review process was completed.
Project Scope
- Construction of a new entry and carpark as per design
- Construction of BBQ area as per design
- Provision for all OH&S and Traffic Control systems
- Construction Setout and level control
- Provision for all Geotechnical testing and service location and identification
- Supply and install proprietary retaining wall to either side of entry driveway, install as manufacturers specifications
- Supply and install timber bollards
- Supply and install stormwater grated top entry pit, pipes and concrete end wall to suit 300 diameter pipe
