Panel Arrangement for Supply and Delivery of Quarry Products

⁠⁠⁠Lockyer Valley Regional Council (LVRC) is seeking applications from the open market for the following Preferred Supplier Arrangement for the Supply and Delivery of Quarry Products.

Lockyer Valley Regional Council (LVRC) currently purchases and uses quarry products such as gravel, unsealed road maintenance, cover aggregate, crusher dust, sand, mulch, sandstone (ground cover and blocks) and more. The frequent requirement and cost for supply (and delivery) of quarry products for council projects/ works creates a need for an ethical, transparent and streamlined purchasing process.

While the successful awarding of a vendor to a Preferred Supplier Panel Arrangement is not a guarantee of quantity or spend on LVRC’s behalf, it is an arrangement for a maximum term of two years with a defined scope of goods and services with prices clearly provided in a schedule of rates. LVRC maintains the discretion to cancel the contract/ engagement of a supplier on this panel in the case of poor performance.
