Tender Description
The extent of the Subcontractor’s Works shall include for, be subject but not limited to, the following:-
1. Supply and install all associated gutters, rainwater heads, soakers, spreaders, spacers, downpipes, flashings, cappings, trims, dektites,
sealants and all other ancillary items to roofing and cladding elements to achieve water-tight envelope. (Including to all stair and lift core roofs and where documented to slab edges)
2. Allow for all works associated with the Metal Roofing including Flashings, Barge Cappings including allowing for packers, top hats, battens and the like
3. Allow for metal flashings, gutters and sheeting to top of stair and lift cores
4. Installation of all Downpipes, Brackets, Gutters, Box Gutters, and Paraphets
5. Supply and install all metal roofing and associated works to make roof watertight.
6. Allow for all sarking and insulation to metal roofing, noting the particular requirement within the specification for these items to not be bonded and provided as sperate elements
7. Supply and installation of all safety support mesh.
8. Allow to undertake roof safety system design, supply, installation and certification to the full extent, as detailed within the Specifications and on the drawings including ladders, Handrails and Walkways including Portable and Caged Ladders, Anchor Points and Davit Arm Mounting Points
