Tender has been withdrawn

Council invite companies to download tender documentation and submit a tender for the abovementioned contract.

Please ensure tender submissions are submitted before the tender close date and time.

Late tenders will not be accepted.

All tender questions must be raised via the online tender forum.

It is Council's intention to award the contract August 2021. Works can commence soon after and must be completed by January 2022.

However, works at Chelsea Library are to commence after October 2021.

A site visit of the 3 x libraries will be made available on Monday 5th July 2021, see timetable below. Please register your interest by emailing your details to: hung.pham@kingston.vic.gov.au and contracts@kingston.vic.gov.au

Cheltenham Library (12 Stanley Avenue, Cheltenham) 10:00am
Parkdale Library (96 Parkers Road, Parkdale) 11:00am
Chelsea Library (1 Chelsea Road, Chelsea) 12:00pm

The provision of library material sorters for the Kingston branches of Chelsea, Cheltenham and Parkdale. Floor plans for these branches, with space allocated for a sorter, are shown in the Architectural Drawings.

Tenderers are to supply a proposed/indicative layout of the sorter configuration within this space along with their submission.

The scope includes the layout design, the provision of equipment, its installation, configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Training is required on sorter operation and support procedures for Library staff.
