⁠⁠⁠Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) - D8 Tail Water Recycle System - Ord Irrigation - Kununurra.

The Works comprise new/additional investment in infrastructure that increases the availability and/or quality of water for agriculture or primary industry uses and such other work as shown on the drawings or included in the specification.

Tenderers are to clearly articulate within their Responses to the Weighted Qualitative Criteria of ‘Methodology’, ‘Experience and Compliance’, Personnel and Skills’ and ‘Past Performance’ their understanding of the constraints surrounding the project particularly the incoming ‘Wet Season’. Tenderers are expected to highlight any known risks and provide mitigation strategies to overcome.

Tenderers have the opportunity to submit a price for either PROJECT 1 – Lots 134-141 for ADVANTA Pty Ltd or PROJECT 2 – Lots 111 & 133 for KAI Pty Ltd or both PROJECT 1+2 – Lots 134-141 for ADVANTA Pty Ltd & Lots 111 & 133 for KAI Pty Ltd. Tenderers will need to complete the relevant PART C that relates to your selection. The Principal has provided this opportunity in order to support the delivery of this project due to time constraints with delivery prior to ‘wet season’.

Premises will be occupied during the currency of the Contract.  The Contractor shall ensure that it causes minimal inconvenience and disturbance to the occupants.
