Tender Description
Council is now inviting Tenders for the Re-roofing & Refurbishment of the Galston Aquatic and Leisure Centre at 412 Galston Rd, Galston NSW 2159, on a Lump Sum basis.
The Services to be performed, in part or in full, are described in the Tender Documents (refer to specifications at Section G of the Tender Documents) and are made up of (4) separate mutually exclusive scopes of work; namely
Part 1 - Main Pool and LTS Amenities Works
Part 2 - BAL -FZ Specific Requirements Works
Part 3 - Entry Tower Works
Part 4 - Gymnasium Re-roofing Works
All interested parties are invited to submit tenders in accordance with this Invitation to Tender and to provide a separate stand-alone Lump Sum for each of the 4 parts listed above.
Notwithstanding any other clause of the Tender, Council reserves its right to accept a Tender and issue a Letter of Acceptance for either:
- Part 1 - Main Pool and LTS Amenities Works only; or
- Part 1 - Main Pool and LTS Amenities Works plus all or any of Part 2 - BAL- FZ Specific Requirements Works, Part 3 - Entry Tower Works and Part 4 - Gymnasium Re-roofing Works.
Tenders must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements of this invitation to Tender.
Council will only accept tenders from Proprietary Limited Companies with accident insurance complying with the Workers Compensation Act 1987.
