The U.S. Embassy Canberra invites you to submit a quotation for Travel Management Services. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

*IMPORTANT* This Solicitation has been released on the Sam.gov website, to view and download the solicitation please visit the Sam.gov website and click on the Contract Opportunities link you will then be able to input the solicitation number 19AS2021Q0033 into the Search Contract Opportunities field.

Quotations are due by July 26th, 2021. Time 4:00 PM AEST The Embassy intends to conduct a virtual pre-quotation conference and all prospective quoters who have received a solicitation package are invited to attend. See Section 3 of the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ).

Written proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Proposal Enclosed TMC- 19AS2021Q0033" on or before 4:00 P.M. EST on July 26th, 2021. No written proposals will be accepted after this time.

21 Moonah Place, Yarralumla ACT, 2611 to the attention of Ryan Ruta, Contracting Officer Electronic offers may be submitted with "Proposal TMC 9AS2021Q0033 Attached" listed in the subject line to the following email address RutaRR@state.gov on or before 4:00 P.M. AEST on July 25th, 2021 which is one day prior to the written proposal due date. No electronic proposals will be accepted after this time.

All contractors have to be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.204- 7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at the above web address.
