Tender Description
Kempsey Shire Council are seeking quotes on the construction of a running track in Kempsey, at the Verge and Eden Street Fields, in accordance with the design drawings that are attached as part of this request.
Council will supply the granitic sand and timber edging and deliver them to site. All other necessary materials are to be supplied by the Contractor.
Proposals should be submitted in accordance with instructions included in the information documents and lodged in the electronic tender box on eProcure prior to the closing time and date. The onus rests on the tenderer to ensure that the tender is lodged in accordance with the above requirements.
The lowest, or any tender, will not necessarily be accepted.
