Development Victoria intends to engage a licensed Real Estate Agent to market and sell approximately 7.2 hectares of commercial land within the Officer Town Centre.
Bidders are now invited to download and respond to the RFP documentation attached to this notification
Bidders are required to complete Part F (Word document) and also make themselves available to attend a compulsory briefing at 11.30am on Thursday, 22 July 2021.
