3D Game Developer

⁠⁠⁠The 3D game developer supports the development of online training, education and development programs and products in the National Training and Education Unit within the Office of the Deputy Electoral Commissioner.

The role is responsible for undertaking work that is moderately complex to complex and possibly sensitive in nature, under limited direction, utilising expertise and knowledge within the area of 3D and 2D game development.

Key position responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and test 3D games using the Unity engine.
• Design, develop, and test gamified learning (such as 2D games) solutions.
• Provide advice, guidance and assistance on all aspects of the design, development and delivery of 3D games and other related forms of gamified learning.
• Manage and deliver to project task timeframes.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer in the development of 3D games and other forms of gamified learning within NTEU, building team capacity.
• Assist in audience testing of 3D games and other gamified learning and use feedback to make improvements.
• Perform additional duties or assume responsibility of functions as directed by the Management.
