WWC & CHC Tender for the Provision of Bitumen Surfacing Services & Asphalt Repair Works.
Waratah Wynyard Council and Circular Head Council are seeking to engage the services of a suitably qualified bitumen road surfacing company to undertake the rural and urban road reseals and asphalt repair works for the 2021/22 financial year.
REGISTRATION: Tender documents must be obtained after registration.
ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum.
SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses must be submitted Electronic Tender Box .Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 2:00pm AEST on 30th June 2021 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Waratah Wynyard Council and Circular Head Council are not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit Waratah Wynyard Council and Circular Head Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted
