This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The ICT Governance Manager role is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the research, analysis, interpretation and creation of ICT policies, standards, processes and procedures. This role is crucial ensuring all ICT Governance is maintained across the Office of the CIO. This role is responsible for ensuring documentation is created collaboratively, clearly articulated, well-structured, and aligned with the Agency wide Governance.
Duties
• Assist the Assistant Director ICT Governance to coordinate and facilitate research, analyse, interpret and create governance documentation.
• Work collaboratively to deliver consistent and structured governance documentation.
• Deliver, maintain and advocate using a range of mediums including Confluence and maintain strict document version control.
• Communicate to a variety of clients with differing levels of ICT knowledge.
• Can respond and prioritise competing urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards.
• Manage confidential and sensitive information.
• Foster a positive culture within the Service Integration and Management team aligned with Agency values; and
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
