Development Victoria (DV) will release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the engagement of a Lead Design Consultant who demonstrates relevant engineering experience for the partial development and demolition of an existing warehouse (known as Plant 18) within the Fishermans Bend Innovation Precinct (FBIP).

This RFP will be released via a Selective Tender to consultants from the relent category of the CSR who have demonstrated competency for designing projects which combine new construction elements along with complex existing infrastructure considerations, decommissioning / rerouting and provision of new and supplementary building services, and remedial modifications to existing structural building elements relating to industrial demolition and refurbishment projects.

The procurement will be subject to the Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement in Victoria, Local Jobs First Policy and the Social Procurement Framework.

The services are to be delivered using Development Victoria’s Design Consultancy Agreement.
