Tender Description
This tender is for the civil package for the final 7 Lots of Stage 1. Scope of work covers the construction of roads, drainage, sewers, watermains and shared trenching. The successful tenderer will also need to liaise with other service providers.
A non-compulsory pre-tender meet will be held on site at 10.00am on Wednesday 9 June 2021.
Tenderers are strongly urged to attend this meeting however site inspections may be made at any time to examine the site before tendering.
Tenders close at 2pm on TUESDAY 6 July 2021.
