Tender Description
The Office of Industrial Relations (OIR) and the Department of Employment Small Business (DESBT) are looking to establish a Contract to manage its cleaning services for its Toowoomba office.
The OIR will be the lead agency and will be the first point of contact for this Invitation to Offer (ITO).
In accordance with the Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP), OIR and DESBT are looking for a Supplier who can assist in increasing the participation of Queensland suppliers and local workforces in this procurement supply chain.
The successful supplier will maintain the inventory, premises or equipment which is the subject of the Services in a safe and good operating state at all times (where applicable).
The successful Supplier will have the capability to deliver services based on ‘best practice’ principles, which are complementary to national, state and regional Environmental Sustainability policies.
The Services provided under this Contract must be efficient and effective and be services on which customers at the individual sites can rely upon.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a MANDATORY requirement for Suppliers who are interested in submitting an offer for these Services to attend a Site Visit.
