Tender Description
South East Water is one of Melbourne’s three state-owned metropolitan water retailers. We provide water, sewerage, trade waste and recycled water services for residents and businesses in Melbourne’s south east, located in the state of Victoria, Australia.

South East Water is looking to appoint two suitable, qualified and experienced suppliers (2 separate contracts) to provide:
- Technical support services for the development of our 2023 Price Submission; and
- Assistance with self-assessment of our pricing submission to the Essential Services Commission under the PREMO rating framework.
It is critical that respondents have a current and deep understanding of the water industry, its regulators and the ESC PREMO framework, and can provide an accurate and unbiased support and assessment of South East Water’s proposed price submission.
