Tender ID: 458771
Tender Details
Tender Description
Transition to Work is the Government's youth specialist employment service that helps highly disadvantaged young people to develop practical skills to get a job or connect with education or training.
On 11 May 2021, as part of the 202-22 Federal Budget, the Australian Government announced the continuation and expansion of Transition to Work, confirming that a further $481.2 million will be invested into the service over the next 4 years from 2021-22.
The department has prepared a Consultation Paper to inform stakeholders of the intended changes to the Transition to Work service. The Consultation Paper provides stakeholders an opportunity to submit feedback on the changes. The feedback will be used to inform the content for the Request for Tender for the new Transition to Work service to commence on 1 July 2022.
The consultation process is open to all stakeholders. Responses will not advantage or disadvantage prospective tenderers in any future competitive procurement processes for Transition to Work. Any future prospective tenderers will not be evaluated on any response to this market consultation.
