This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Directorate of Pay and Administration Centre Victoria (PAC-VIC), in the Department of Defence, uses numerous Microsoft Access databases to support the administration of a range of human resource benefits. There are currently 11 databases being used within PAC Victoria.
The key objectives of the services required are to:
1. Develop additional databases and/or enhance existing databases to meet the requirements of PAC VIC users
2. Provide ongoing maintenance and support to ensure databases are able to adequately support PAC VIC users
3. Develop a roadmap to provide PAC VIC with options to upgrade the functionality of the PAC VIC Access Databases to a more sustainable medium / long term solution (or series of solutions for different functionality) including consideration of migration path to CIOG supported solutions (where practical) and/or commercial models for support (where required).
