This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
We are looking for capable and adaptable Project Managers to fill 2 x Technical Applications Project Manager's (Shaping) roles within a large and complex technology program. The Project Managers will be responsible for the shaping of work across projects OR work packages in a portfolio within a ROBUST Delivery Stream. A mix of Applications, Infrastructure and Security Project Management experience is essential.
The projects will remediate Bureau applications using a variety of treatments, such as Decommissioning, Upgrading / Re-platform, Quarantine, Migration OR Replacement (to a lesser extent). These treatments may follow a set of repeatable patterns.
The role will work with the Portfolio Lead (Program Manager), Planning and Shaping Manager (Senior Project Manager), Business Analysts, Architects, SMEs and a range of key stakeholders to plan for the delivery of projects, develop detailed documentation, and execute against these plans.
The role will be expected to interact effectively across a diverse range of skillsets including ICT experts, policy development, technical writing, procurement and PMO functions. To be successful in the role the Project Manager must be able to meet deadlines, sustain high quality outputs, marshal broad expertise towards common outcomes, and have a meticulous approach to project documentation and standards.
