Tender Description
Council is looking for a professional photographer to work with us to create an extensive photo library for new Council documents.
What
Multi-day photo shoot, spread out over 10 months, capturing the 4 seasons in the Blue Mountains
Photographs of people and places, showcasing the variety of places, people and activities, as well as the diversity of Council lands, and facilities.
Include close up portraits, photos of facilities, and landscapes/vistas.
When
Exact dates to be decided. Each photo shoot is estimated to be 1-2 days.
July 2021 (Winter)
September 2021 (Spring)
November/December 2021 (Summer)
April/May 2022 (Autumn)
Where
Multiple locations across the Blue Mountains – Lapstone to Mt Victoria (including Mt Tomah/Mt Wilson)
The breadth of locations would also be spread out across the 4 days of photo shoots
What Council will provide
Comprehensive brief for each day – photos to be taken, including specific items and guidance to allow creative licence
Talent – people to be photographed, including necessary consent forms
Daily run sheet
What you’ll provide
Public liability insurance
Equipment (including lighting)
All files to Council following the conclusion of each photo shoot (note: IP to be owned by Council)
