Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The candidate is required, but are not limited to:
• Understanding and empowering multiple disciplines – including visual design, content design, and development – to deliver a successful digital service;
• Ensuring the team is delivering regular outputs that support the intended outcomes of the product or service;
• Working with team members to ensure sequencing is logical and prioritised to deliver value to end users;
• Unblocking issues, supporting the team, and monitor and improve performance of the team; and
• Undertaking traditional project management activities relating to reporting and governance.
The candidate is required to demonstrate a deep knowledge of:
• DTA Digital Service Standard;
• DTA service design and delivery process;
• GovCMS/Drupal website projects;
• Government frameworks and processes;
• User centered design product management;
• Agile team roles and responsibilities;
• Agile practices & principles;
• Collaboration tools and techniques; and
• Concepts of continuous delivery.
The candidate must have the following skills:
