30 ICT contractors for the Branch including: Application Support Analysts (Service Desk and Problem Management teams), Security Support Analysts, Digital Information Assurance Support, Technical and Release Support
Support and development of a wide range of program related ICT products and services owned by the department, as well as the management of security accreditation programs for ICT products, provider operations and third-party systems. Roles include Investigation and resolution of technical issues, Digital Information Assurance Assessment and ISO Auditing.
