Tender Description
The Australasian Faculty Occupational and Environmental Medicine (AFOEM) FAC seeks expression of interest for a Chair.
Committee members must have an unconditional AHPRA or MCNZ registration as an AFOEM physician.
Key responsibilities
- Chair all FAC meetings and working party meetings.
- Oversee the coordination of the AFOEM Written and Practical Examinations.
- Engage in quality improvement of all assessments.
- Participate in the annual working parties that write examination questions for all the AFOEM written and practical examinations.
The FAC meets 3 times a year, all via videoconference during COVID-19, plus the working party meetings via videoconference throughout the year.
The position will commence in December 2021.
Members will be appointed for a 2-year term with the option to renew for a further 2 terms.
