Greater Shepparton City Council is seeking to engage a suitably experienced Contractor to construct the Maude Street Mall Redevelopment. The successful Contractor will need to be accredited to the Australian Government’s Work Health & Safety Accreditation Scheme.

• Contract 2170, Maude Street Mall Redevelopment is a Lump Sum Contract. Council expressly advises that failure to supply a lump sum in the section provided will result in your submission not being evaluated.

• All Tender Schedules 1-8 (inclusive) must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.
• You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4:00pm deadline.  We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.
• All submissions must be submitted via this online portal; submissions made through any other means will not be accepted or considered. 
• Late submissions in any format will not be accepted.  If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.
• You are encouraged to upload your submission early to avoid missing out.
