Expressions of Interest - Accounting and Financial Services

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking accounting and financial services for a period of twelve months, which will be conducted in accordance with the relevant professional and ethical standards issued by the Accounting Professional & Ethical Standards, the Northern Territory Local Government Act 2019. and the Northern Territory Regulations.
Demonstrated knowledge of the Northern Territory Local Government Act 2019 and its subordinate regulations is a requirement.
Duties throughout the 12 month contract will include:
• Preparation of Annual Financial Statements;
• Monthly Budget Reports;
• Preparation of Quarterly Budget Reviews;
• Preparation of BAS;
• Other financial reports as per NTG requirements, for example grant acquittals.
