Licence for the Operation of Manly Arts and Crafts Markets

SERVICE REQUIRED:
Northern Beaches Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced operators to provide services for the operation of a weekend arts and craft market to operate at Sydney Road Manly.
The successful Tenderer (Licensee) will be required to manage, operate and promote the markets.

The market is to consist of a mix of quality stalls including local arts and crafts and a variety of appropriate mixed market stalls.
Council expects that the successful Respondent will enter into a formal agreement (Licence) for a maximum period of five (5) years, being an initial period of one (1) year with the possibility of two (2) extensions of two (2) years each available at Council's sole discretion.

New Licence expected to commence 9th August 2021 by negotiation with council.

SITE BRIEFING:
A Site briefing will be held on Monday 7th June at 2:30pm. RSVP to Places@northernbeaches.nsw.gov.au by 5pm on Friday 4th June 2021.
Tenderers should ensure they review the quote documents and understand the scope of work before attending the briefing.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
Quotations close at 2pm on Thursday 17th June 2021 and must be fully received by this time.

LODGEMENT:
Submissions should be lodged in the electronic tender box or in the physical tender box at Northern Beaches Council, Civic Centre, 725 Pittwater Road, Dee Why, NSW 2099 by the time and date nominated. Late submissions may not be accepted.
