Expression of Interest – Noonbinna Hall and Grounds

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest (EOI) are requested from interested persons to licence the Noonbinna Hall and Grounds.

Information for interested persons

• The expression of interest (EOI) opens Friday 28 May and closes 4:00pm Wednesday 16 June 2021

• Land area for the quote is approximately 2 hectares.

• Short term Licence available from 1 July 2021

• The Licensee must provide current public liability insurance certificate to Council for minimum value of $20 million

• Council requests that all interested persons provide details of their EOI in writing. A separate form is attached, to be completed and returned to Council prior to the closing date 16 June 2021

• Submission of an EOI is obligation free. Council reserves the right to negotiate with any or none of the parties who submit an EOI.
