Tender Description
SMEC Australia Pty Ltd in conjunction with Greater Western Water, invites suitably qualified contractors to tender for the following contract:
Construction of approximately 855 metres of DN280mm PE and 88 metres of DN180mm PE Watermain & 862 metres of DN280mm PE and 86 metres of DN180mm PE Recycled Watermain as part of Harpley Estate for Lendlease Communities, within the City of Wyndham.
Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category WC1 (Reticulation Water Mains greater than or equal to DN280).
If not accredited in the required categories, a tender can still be submitted but the required accreditation categories must be held prior to the contract being signed. The tender process will be less time consuming if tenderers are already accredited.
