Wannon Water and Goulburn Valley Water jointly invite qualified candidates to respond to this Expression of Interest (EOI) for the replacement of their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Billing Systems.
As both organisations are currently using the same current CRM/Billing products, and are seeking to replace them over a similar period of time, Wannon Water and Goulburn Valley Water have agreed to partner equally with each other to explore what potential benefits may be gained through a joint acquisition and implementation of replacement solution(s).
Accordingly, respondees to this EOI are encouraged to propose a joint implementation of their product and two separate implementations with an approach, plan, and costings for each.
