Key Tasks and Deliverables
• Project scoping, outcomes and benefits management.
• High-level and detailed planning of project milestones, outputs and tasks.
• Monitoring and reporting on progress to plan in terms of scope, schedule, costs and change activities.
• Co-ordination across multiple stakeholder groups and workstreams.
• Managing risks, issues and dependencies; initiating corrective actions and maintaining visibility and escalating to project governance bodies when appropriate.
• Preparation of materials for project governance forums, including the Steering Committee.
• Ensuring that there is clarity of tasks from resources in terms of requirements, quality and completion date.
• Managing change or deviation from the plan, including stakeholder expectations.
• Adherence to APRA’s project management standards for key activities including status reporting, project finance management, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement and governance.
