Tender Description
Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) requires a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor for the Management of Lake Proserpine Camping Ground.
Lake Proserpine is located approximately 30 km inland from Proserpine via Crystal Brook Road, Qld 4800.
Lake Proserpine Camping Ground includes:
a) Unpowered shady sites available for camping;
b) Amenity Blocks (refer to Appendix A for layouts):
i. 1 x Female Toilet Block;
ii. 1 x Male Toilet Block; and
iii. 1 x Male/Female Shower Block.
c) Kiosk.
The Contract will be offered for a period of twelve months with an option of twelve-month extension at Council’s discretion.
