EOI - Management of Glenden Recreation Centre

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Isaac Regional Council is seeking Expressions of Interest to manage the Glenden Recreation Centre located at 251 Ewan Drive, Glenden.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Management of all areas of the Glenden Recreation Centre, including the gym
• Development and coordination of a range of services, programs, activities and events that are flexible and culturally inclusive
• Delivery of services, programs, activities and events that build skills, provide knowledge, promote personal and social development, promote physical well-being, and create and sustain local networks

Site Inspection

A facility inspection can be arranged by messaging through the etender portal with a couple of proposed dates and times.

Instructions to Tenderers

Written expressions of interest must be lodged prior to the Closing Time.

All specifications, general enquiries and written expressions of interest must be submitted via the etender portal only. Please do not send directly to Project Managers, Project team members or other Council staff. All phone enquiry details will be forwarded to the Contracts & Procurement team as a matter of record.
