EOI - Management of Glenden Recreation Centre

⁠⁠⁠Dear Sir / Madam,

Isaac Regional Council is seeking Expressions of Interest to manage the Glenden Recreation Centre located at 251 Ewan Drive, Glenden.

The scope of management includes all areas of the facility, including the gym.

The successful respondent will develop and coordinate a range of services, programs, activities and events that are flexible, culturally inclusive and aim to build skills, provide knowledge, promote personal and social development, promote physical well-being, and create and sustain local networks.

If you require an inspection of the facility it can be arranged by messaging through the etender portal with a couple of proposed dates and times.

Please ensure your written expression of interest is lodged prior to the Closing Time.

All specification, general enquiries and written expression of interests must be submitted via the etender portal only. Please do not send directly to Project Managers, Project team members or other Council staff. All phone enquiry details will be forwarded to the Contracts & Procurement team as a matter of record.
