This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The purpose of this project is to scope, define and cost the required consular and crisis management capabilities needed to develop a robust ICT second pass business case used to improve and modernise all aspects of its consular and crisis management work including ICT infrastructure, the operating environment and workforce. The department is seeking to develop future-focussed operating models, with new and upgraded capability enabled by ICT and physical infrastructure.
