Smart Service Card Services is seeking a supplier to provide Card Production, Printing and Mail-house Distribution Services to support the delivery of cards and services it currently provides to Queenslanders, and any future services it may introduce during the term of the contract.
Smart Service Queensland (Smart Service), part of the Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy (DCHDE) has issued this Invitation to Offer (ITO) for the provision of Card Production, Printing and Mail house Distribution Services. These services are primarily required by Smart Service to satisfy the requirements of their various card services schemes/programs.
It is possible that the number of schemes/programs may be increased, or reduced during the term of the contract as Smart Service is continually introducing new services to meet the needs of Queenslanders.
As well as Card Specific Services the contract will include the distribution of associated letters, promotional materials and/or booklets that are Non Card Specific, The Card Printing and Distribution Services will be specified under the following:
- Card Stock, Personalisation and Mail-house Services (Card Specific);
- Mail-house Distribution services (non-Card Specific).
