Tender Description

The Point of Injury Monitoring System shall provide the ability to monitor the heart rate of a patient undergoing medical care and rapidly provide this information to an operator. The System is expected to also have the ability to monitor other metrics including blood pressure, electrocardiogram, blood oxygen, respiration rate and temperature. The System is required to have a small Form Factor(less than 0.200gm) and may be a single use item.

Requirements

  •  The System shall enable the Operator to monitor heart rate
  •  The System shall have a visual display or be able to display information on a mobile device
  •  The System shall display:
  1.  Heart rate (bpm)
  2.  Blood pressure (mmHg)
  3.  Respiration rate
  •  The System shall have an alert for High/Low heart rate
  •  The System shall be approved for use by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) prior to acceptance
  •  The System shall be compliant with AS/NZS 3820 and any relevant electrical class standards applicable to the system
