Tender Description
Central Goldfields Shire Council is seeking submissions from suitably experienced Consultants to undertake a Shire-wide tree inspection and audit.
The inspection will include confirming locations, conditions, classification and identification of risk and recommended remediation works. The resulting data will be used for a range of purposes, primarily maintenance and risk management. Secondarily, this data will be used to develop Tree Planting Strategies and budget forecasting.
There are two (2) portions to this tender:
- Portion A: Whole of Shire, not including the Princes Park Heritage Precinct (estimated 13,650 trees)
- Portion B: Heritage Trees (estimated 560 trees)
Portion B requires inspection by a suitably qualified consultant with experience in heritage issues.
Tenderers may choose to price/respond to either portion or both. Council reserves to right to award each portion individually (to different tenderers) or together (to one tenderer).
